Pros

Highly knowledge work force! Great leaders if you really want to achieve great career goals then there is no boundaries here. Great benefits one of the best in the industry.

Cons

Some departments or teams have their own Rules they don't follow corporate guidance which makes me difficult to understand why some teams are like that and why not others!!! I think the same old favoritism that happens in big Corporations is here too...

Pros

Strong sales and messaging at times ( SmartSuite). Showed abilities around Innovation.

Cons

Never decided what they wanted to be, tried a lot and not much took off. Now it's best option is Medicare and everything else is second tier in the marketplace at best. Medicare of course the clear exception.
