Awesome company. I have worked many places but working at Humana you can tell that the company really cares for the people that work for them.

Cons

There are not many downsides to Humana. The payroll department could be a little more professional when it comes to making sure people's pay is right. Other than that no complaints.

Pros

Supportive colleagues, positive culture, and a vision for continued future health makes Humana a great career environment. WAH opportunity, PTO days and 401K match, along with additional great benefits are a huge plus. The Aetna acquisition has some areas worried, but our momentum still progresses.

Cons

I didn't rate five stars mainly because I have heard it varies by area/location regarding a happy, positive career path.

Work at home position so there is some flexibility

Lack of training and often have to put in very long days-13-14 hour days in order to get all visits and documentation completed.
