My coworkers were really great. Got tuition paid for in a remission set up through MetroCollege. Enjoyable downtown location.

Cons

Management was harsh about average call time - they expected calls to take less time, while still being kind, caring, empathetic, etc. Long walk to parking.

Bought by Aetna, they are in the middle of layoffs. It was a great company until CEO approved sale to make millions and retire himself.
