Great coworkers. Willing to help when or if they can. Culture is very diverse. You are able to work independently with no micromanagement from supervisors.

Cons

Supervisors demand a lot from you after little to no training. You usually need to resort to assistance from coworkers for help... and you'll get it only if they have to time to stop and help.
