      There are many opportunities to grow within the company. Management is constantly look for the employees' best interests. Teamwork is encouraged along with a sense of individuality.

      Cons

      The insurance is a bit on the expensive side, however, the HSA helps. Companies under the umbrella of Humana tend to be less noticed at times.
