High pay and good benefits.

Cons

Somewhat chaotic hierarchy. Departments are constantly rebranding to the point where it becomes difficult to figure out who manages what. Also seems to be trending towards shutting departments down and outsourcing them overseas.

It has good benefits and 23 pto days plus holidays- a lot of remote position

Cons

Pay is below average - there is room to grow but you need to know someone to get to another position- getting occurrences even when you have proof of seeing a medical doctor
