      Pros

      - Great benefits - Respectful of life outside of work - Many different job opportunities - great time off - company culture and values are great and actively practiced

      Cons

      - Many acronyms are used in the company and some have different meanings, hard to learn - Depends on what segment of business you work in, but Medicaid specifically is rapidly growing which causes for ebb and flow of work load - Not as many in-person (Louisville) associate engagement and networking events as there used to be prior to 2020
