Overall I think Humana is working to be a innovative progressive company

Cons

Not a great place for Millennials- The company is still very traditional in many ways whereas Humana has a culture of promoting experience versus true people leaders, this has become so systemic that it has become hardwired into the culture

Smart leadership, good process in place, good culture but needs more diversity in leadership. Also, benefits are great and there's opportunity for growth.

Cons

Some leaders should not be managing people but Humana seems afraid of removing them. Others should be let go for being poor performers but somehow they stick around.
