Pros

It’s all cake when you start with them, you do well on the phone and the money is decent

Cons

When your pay & benefits start getting to be too much, they try to use any means necessary to get rid of you so they can bring in younger kids or new agents. The CEO & LaSarte gotta keep making their big money.

Pros

Benefits and pay, plus pto

Cons

In my history of 20 plus years of sales and marketing. This place is the absolute worst. The hiring process was very misleading. The leads are horrible. They have all of these different campaigns that are worthless. I don't agree with trying to convince seniors to switch from a Medicare supplement plan to an advantage plan. Humana is so hungry for sales that they are willing to hire anyone and do anything to accomplish that. DMS walking a very thin line.
