Pros

There are no pros really. You're working from home, which is saving them money. You have no freedom.

Cons

There are many cons with this company, who misrepresent themselves. When they hire you, they make a lot of empty promises. Paint a very different picture. Management is bad, people who are in this position because of their 'friends'. Hard work does not pay off here. You're always on Mandatory Overtime, and not allowed to take time off. They make you work to the bone. When leaving, they did not want to pay out the 118 hours PTO they owe me! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!
