      It can be a great opportunity to grow and network with great people.

      Cons

      Day to day can get monotonous. Easy to get “stuck” career wise. Pay sometimes lower than industry average (such as Radford). Can take a long time to move jobs within the company.

      Pros

      never boring, constantly learning and challenging yourself. Plenty of PTO and holiday time.

      Cons

      management is at times rude and aloof to questions and do not like to personally train their newer associates. Health coverage is surprisingly expensive due to hefty co-pays.
