      Pros

      Good benefits package and not a lot of pressure. Lots of experienced people picked up from other telecommunications companies that have laid off or gone broke.

      Cons

      Chinese people in charge--lack of management or leadership. Limited communication from those running things. Limited promotion opportunities unless you are Chinese. Lack of understanding of US culture. Dealing with large numbers of Chinese citizens working in the US and intervention in day to day US activities from China.

      * tons and tons of learning opportunity. * end to end delivery responsibility * good salary packages & hikes

      Cons

      * very poor project management * too many changes to project direction, deliverables. * projects get terminated suddenly because of managemnt desicions coming from china * poor facilities at workplace.
