Horrible, Night Marish, They need robots who can work 24 hours a day and not human beings

Decent exposure to new technologies depending on which business line you work for. Thats all I can think of, nothing else.
Cons
Need Robots not Human Beings Zero Work Life Balance. Only work, no life. If there was a list "Worst Place to Work", Huawei will be the undisputed leaders on that List Promises galore in interview, everything turns to sham after you join Yet to meet a single person in the company who is happy and proud to be a Huawei Employee Stay in office for 14 hours and don't do much work, Managers are happy. Otherwise Nightmare Working on weekends is taken for granted. No respect for experience. Impossible place to work especially for lateral hires. My advice is unless you are on death bed and need a job, don't ever join the company. Worse I would say stay jobless and don't join the company. Only for workaholics who have no life outside office.
