Pros
It is a good place for junior engineers. People get trained in the company easily, with so many materials to study, and no limited devices to operate on. Also the colleagues in the company are friendly and helpful, they are prepared to help others without any conservation. Also the canteen in Huawei is the best one among those I experienced. It is like a big university, the only difference is that people in it is richer than people in universities.
Cons
It is hard for people to set aside enough time to accompany your family. Also the schedule in the company is a little too intensive.
