      Worthwhile, this job laid a very good technical foundation for my career.

      Pros

      Learnt a whole lot technically, though mostly on my own on the job and research. I was immediately push to the field even when they knew I was still fresh from school, this should be a con but instead turned out positively as I later discovered during my time with Huawei, they were hard baking us; though some of my colleagues Could not cope and had to leave or were released.

      Cons

      Training of staffs was not adequate enough, we were given little resource to achieve great feats

      Excellent Exposure to Telecom Industry , Onsite Oppurtunites are there galore , Fast Growth to positions,

      Work Environment is far from motivating , Late Working hours on most days , Tremendous pressure from customer if you are in support .

      Exposure to new technology and Ofcourse money..!!

      Cons

      Bad organization structure, Bad communication within the internal, Lots of re-work because of bad planning. Since company is new to the market.. things should improve in future.
