      - Have unlimited chance to gain experience across many things in the company - Regular competence development via overseas training or on job training

      Cons

      - It seems that local resources is below the HQ/China resources in term of promotion and trust from management - There's no specific career model for promotion - There's a difference in internal document in native language (Chinese) with English version

      best place to work for freshers a good place to learn how to make the products at a fast pace. a good place where good performance will fetch you good returns!! perform well under critical circumstances and you will get identified very well.

      Cons

      Lot of work!! They have lot of work!! May be it is their strategy to hire less. They have releases all the time !! Life becomes very hectic with so many releases No work life balance!!
