Pros
Hands on experience on different product line. Gaining management experience without processes. Initiating something which is new but beneficial for the company and good for your experience, easily approval can be granted.
Cons
No employee benefit policy. No process for salary raise or work achievement reward. No employee retention policy except one where if someone joins their county competitor. biased organization and if i call it a Chinese company instead of multinational then it'd be suitable. HR and Admin domains are the weakest one.
