      Huawei is an innovation-focused company, which makes it a perfect place to learn about new research topics in the network domain. The working environment is set to promote collaboration between peers, more than stressing competition, as a way to achieve continuous personal improvement. Based on my experience, it offers enough flexibility in working schedule to effectively allow balancing work and personal life.

      Cons

      Internal processes are usually very complex, you need guidance from mates to learn how to use them (the good thing is that you usually get that guidance). Teleworking is not fully supported.
