Company has introduced new policy of disbursement of variable pay after 9 months of appraisal closure. This is ridiculous as you have to stay in the company for almost a year longer to get the variable component. If you leave the company before that you will not get anything. No pro-rata nothing. Which means whenever you leave the company you would atleast lose 9 months of variable salary. This could be more.

Poor training and an unprofessional workplace culture made this one of the worst environments I’ve worked in. Staff turnover is extremely high, with many employees lasting less than a year, which says a lot about how the company is run. It was common to hear colleagues openly bad-mouthing both current and former staff, creating a toxic atmosphere. Management were rarely available or supportive when issues arose, particularly for new starters who were expected to figure things out for themselves. If your face doesn’t fit, it quickly becomes clear you’re not wanted. Anyone joining the company should be aware that job security and proper support appear to be lacking.
