Cons
Toxic and, at times, deeply inappropriate culture. I experienced behaviour that felt misogynistic, including at senior level, which did not reflect a professional workplace. When concerns were raised, they were dismissed or minimised. This created a hostile environment where speaking up felt discouraged rather than supported. The impact on wellbeing was significant. I required external support as a result, and I was not alone—other junior women were also visibly affected, with some leaving under difficult circumstances.
