      Plenty of opportunities to throw yourself at things; not enough manpower behind them

      Pros

      Career progression is fast. Business is always moving a million miles an hour, and you can throw yourself at new projects and make your mark in plenty of ways. Cool offices, easily commutable. Hybrid working options that the management support.

      Cons

      While progression's fast, there's often a lack of work/life balance, which needs improving badly. Getting to make changes to processes can mean pleasing the bigger personalities and convincing them before you actually can get anything going. Can feel like a rich person's club. Tech is slow even with new laptops!

      Nice office, helpful employees, work from home

      Cons

      The systems used are very old which causes backlog and a lot of overworking, often you would see people not taking lunches. When I asked for more training I was told there is not enough time to retrain me so instead I was just let go. They can talk the talk but not walk the walk. New starters are told to go on walks but then once established are told it is wasting company time. Managers are kept on despite all of their staff criticising and without a clue what they even do for the team. Was a disappointing and stressful experience
