Pros

Lots of very interesting projects working alongside some truly exceptional individuals. Overall an amazing place to work. One of a very few companies I would love to cross paths with again in the future.

Cons

A fair amount to take on at first if you are new to the Insurance industry.

Pros

Great company to work for and they really do look after every member of staff, lots of different career options and training available for all. If you work hard and focus on what's important they do all that they can to support and develop you. I have been working for them for 7 years and in that time I have progressed my career, met a lot if interesting people and gained professional qualifications.

Cons

I personally don't see any real cons to working for A-Plan.
