      Thank-you for leaving a review. Opening the Newton Abbot branch has been a fantastic accomplishment and the time and energy put in by you and your colleagues has made it the success story that it is. It was a lot to take on, but the team are doing a wonderful job, delighting clients in Devon.

      Pros

      Good stepping stone if your starting out in insurance. Offers CII training. Fair amount of progression opportunity. But only really if you're willing to move to different areas around the country.

      Cons

      Very inflexible, no hybrid option and poor staff benefits. Tried to improve lately, but largely this is a dressed up bottom end scheme that doesn't really offer much. More of a "On paper looks good" measure, so employment packages look a little better. Don't really offer anything of any real value to their employees.
