Pros

The teams, leadership and people between are very nice

Cons

They will not tell you this is an apprenticeship when you apply, only after you've got the job do you find out. Felt tricked but saw it through, got put in a very nice team but they weren't aware I was an apprentice either. as an apprentice you are meant to get a certain amount of hours a week to study - DIDNT HAPPEN, so I had to lie every single month that I had done 6hrs of something when I didn't, no support with the studies. the apprenticeship company they outsource to are awful but that's not Howden's fault, what is their fault is no providing any structure or support to their apprentices who are treated like full-time employees where the work piles up high and you fall behind in your studies. No option to stop being an apprentice, no support for being an apprentice - no winning.
