Pros

It is a good company where you can progress and have possibilities to an international career. Management is good although they are now focused on company selling so plan is to quick grow and no much importance to staff.

Cons

HR in America is bad. Specially in Mexico where they use third party employers in order to avoid paying taxes. HR is just focused on administration with no support to employees.

Pros

Company with the typical american development structure which implies taking care of its employees, through different types of trainings ( 3 month academy + management training + boot camp , etc). It has been a very formative experience, while letting us remain independent in our work. Good values and overall good atmosphere

Cons

Company struggles with structure: Objectives - Action Plans - KPIs - Bonus Plans have been changed and modified constantly. Turn over has been very important. Some employees have been put at the head of some teams when stiill too young and clearly unprepared for this type of roles.
