Terrible salaries and management

Pros

Insurance, 401k, Responsible about covid and working from home.

Cons

Hotelbeds keeps adding duties to employees without any salary change or compensation, job responsibilities are completely changing since covid started nothing that was on the job description when I was first hired. Schedule changes are being talked about now and no salary change is to be expected until next year. Company is definitely taking advantage of the employees during these hard times for everyone not just companies.
