-You learn a lot when it comes to the internal systems. -Nice atmosphere among colleagues -flexibility when it comes to working hours and working from home.

Cons

Minimal progress within the company.the communication is not always clear. Decisions made by the management are not always explained. He hierarchy can be sometimes vertical

Pros

Interesting work great options to work globally , good people to work with and that’s it basically

Cons

Hard work but unfortunately you don’t get compensate for , pay is not good vs the hard work you put in . For growth you would have to be nice to the right people unfortunately people in this company not moving forward in chain based on their talent which is very bad .

Good benefits Decent salary Work from home Flexible hours Good amount of PTO There’s a good spread of management to keep from one person having too much say. It keeps things fair and holds people accountable

Cons

Lots of changes since the pandemic Technology sometimes glitches and makes the job hard. At times there’s a lot of pressure to close deals.
