Hybrid working from home policy Flexible work hours for parents

Cons

Some of the middle management leaders are really incompetent Company culture = non existing Line Manager has full control on appraisal and raises, HR is mere spectator

Pros

Very inclusive company, great medical benefits

Cons

Systems are archaic and often run into issues, raises are minimal and far apart, headquarters are in Spain so its a different culture making the rules that aren't necessarily agreeable in the States.
