      Independence : 2 days at office, one month of working from anywhere possible each year

      Cons

      System and procedures very complex Head office in Palma disconnected from what is happening in France No luncheon voucher (minimum in France) - no extra package 50% of public transportation refund Stressful atmosphere caused by the management Do not expect raising salary - advice : ask from day 1 big salary
