Pros

The staff are great - you get to work with genuinely nice people. Great diversity within the organization also.

Cons

Not a great time to work there as there is a lot going on in terms of changes and consultations. Lack of direction and processes within the organization. The culture within the office is not so good as staff morale is understandably at an all time low. Pay is low and benefits are just ok.

Easy interview... easy to enter.

Cons

Extremely poor management. Most of instruction is done to avoid manager's responsibility. If you love the circumstance that everybody left the company or fired, then this is right place for you. Or if you are seeking small 'Respect' as an employee, totally not recommendable. You will be treated like machine parts.
