Nice co-workers, some fun events, good training material

Cons

Upper management (European sales director level) is terrible and driven by ego. Instead of providing useful feedback for your growth, they act like they don't know who you are and then provide unreasonable criticism during annual year review to block you from any salary raise or growth opportunities. During Covid they would get rid of people without any empathy and even before then, they place you around like a furniture in the organisational structure but when you want to change teams, they put a freeze. As many have already mentioned, favoritism with Spanish people is still ongoing.
