Pros

Well intended, global presence, and some really great people (even if undervalued or in the wrong position)

Cons

Leadership is completely out of touch. North America has been taken over by Tourico legacy team members and their own projects (which has previously led to the worst reputation in the market - now applicable to Hotelbeds).
