Pros

Challenging IT environment with bleeding edge technologies and continuous investment into IT. Broad range of technologies at all levels (infrastructure, communications, devops, architecture, development). Continuous growth. Lots of internal opportunities, even in other international companies of the group.

Cons

Process and bureaucracy still needs to be improved.

Pros

Good facilities and sometimes flexibility in working hours. Can learn how works the big tourism company same as wholeseller ans how it works any integrations with other systems.

Cons

In projects you lose more time in the bureaucracy and meetings than in the things that really matter. As a large company sometimes has difficulty making changes to its systems
