Hotelbeds technology is a great place to work with the state of the art technology in a high transaction environment. This will give you the opportunity to work on microservices environment with an on going devops culture.

Cons

Some part of the management and specially the business part is more like old fashion bosses. There are still lot of thinks to be changed in order to be a technology driven conpany.
