Stay away, not worth it.

Pros

Most managers are dumb and unprepared so it is easy to get by if you can stomach it for the sake of a paycheck.

Cons

You'll only grow if you're Spanish and/or related to/friends with one of the big shots in Spain, men who've been there forever and owe them a debt of gratitude (partners included, as romantic relationships amongst staff - despite conflicts of interest - are laughably common). For all those, the bar is very low. For the rest (the not Spanish/spouse/relative/homie population), super high.

Pros

- Good work life balance - Pays salaries on time

Cons

- Incompetent managers who are only there because their friends let them in. - Disorganised managers who can't get anything done without multiple assistants. - Some managers "manage" areas they don't even speak the language of. - Upper management making catastrophic financial decisions putting the entire company on the red. - As the pyramid comes crashing down, it is the lowest employees who get the job and stress of fixing what their managers did.
