Pros

- Friday afternoon off - flexibility in working hours and for families - nice colleagues

Cons

Lowest salaries ever. No sufficient system training and on the job training, and it shows. No management training either, managers with little experience do not know how to lead and motivate people. Change of strategy every few weeks, everything is a priority (therefore nothing is) and very questionable ethics.
