- High salary for new graduate (almost 2x of the min. stadard salary in Thailand or higher) - 13th month salary - Third language allowance - Provident fund - Group insurance - Hybrid working policy (2022 : visiting office once a month) - Located in the center of Bangkok, near BTS

System and procedures very complex Head office in Palma disconnected from what is happening in France No luncheon voucher (minimum in France) - no extra package 50% of public transportation refund Stressful atmosphere caused by the management Do not expect raising salary - advice : ask from day 1 big salary
