- good for fresh grad, ppl who are looking for entry-level position - good salary for fresh-graduate - good team - good benefit including WFH and work from anywhere

Cons

-overloaded tasks - targets and work time management are not aligned, making it nearly impossible to reach the target within working hours, which leads to a lot of free overtime.

The company offers a very competitive salary compared to others in the same industry, with generous benefits and allowances on top of the base pay. It also provides a hybrid working arrangement (four days at home and one day in the office). Employees with third-language skills receive additional allowances as well. The office location is highly convenient, just a short walk from BTS Chidlom station, making commuting easy.

Cons

The onboarding and training process is overwhelming. After just one week of training, the scope of work already feels endless, with new PowerPoint decks of 100+ pages every day. The role is not limited to hotel-related tasks; instead, it feels like an all-in-one service covering multiple areas, which makes the responsibilities extremely broad. The onboarding support is limited, especially with hybrid work, making it difficult for new hires to ask questions or get timely help. There are around ten different systems and websites to use and learn, which is complicated for beginners. Although training is provided, the nesting period feels dysfunctional, and self-study is not very effective. At times, you may find yourself questioning if the workload truly matches the salary.
