The people are investing lots of efforts in supporting the global transformation the business is currently going through. General positive attitude, global environment with people coming from different backgrounds and countries, great colleagues with unique personalities.

Cons

The business should have a more structured approach and a more clear and consistent communication.

There is lack of training which leaves new employees floored. There are too many systems used at once which creates a lot of confusion for newbies. The system used is not user friendly
