An OK Place to Work

Pros

When compared to other Central Florida Employers, this was a really great place to work. It can be very difficult to find considerate and high quality Employers in Florida, however this one was a great experience if you work hard and try to do an efficient job. The high European standards, clean,colorful professional environment and pay was considerate and above average for the Orlando area. Coming from modern Europe, the company has a lot of creative lessons to teach local Southern US based companies - Pay your employees better, share the wealth with annual bonuses and encourage human development and upward mobility to aid with employee retention. This company is genuinely human, it did not have the sense of Greedy and Selfish overtones exhibited by most American companies here in Central Florida.

Nothing human is always perfect, considering that, there were hardly any downsides

Pros

Excellent professionals (in general) on non-directive positions. They are the real workers and pillars of the company.

Cons

Don´t expect to grow inside the company, it´s always a mirage, as is not about how good and hard you work or your involvement, even the talent or self-value; only matters who are your dudes, husbands, wifes and clubbing dudes in management positions. There are three clearly differentiated classes, based on where you park, the table you work and the chair you own. First and Second classes are in a 90% completely worthless, always on trips, market-hubs and a completely wide variety of no sense events, where strenght their own colleagues tie, in order to be correctly positionated for every year changes in the organization. For things to remain the same, everything must change. And that´s how you see, every October, a parade of changing positions, where the mediocre assume their new roles, being the last to arrive and the first to receive the greetings, as if thanks to their non-efforts (as that´s the reality), the things go rolling.
