      fast paced job which I learned a lot to deal with different circumstances

      Cons

      low pay, summer season is a disaster. If you get hired during summer, then you better not make any plans because overtime will probably happen 4 times a week.

      low salaries depending of the region, in México is not good. Too much responsabilities and woo much work They tell you promesis, as a trips, bonuses, etc.. bad comunnication with the workers doesnt have a training program
