Pros

Could be a great company; it has all the needed foundations for it to prosper. Purchased by Bedsonline, which allows for a good opportunity for the growth of Tourico; as long as the integration is handled well. Great potential, but needs some fixes.

Cons

Middle Management is incredibly self-centered and is always watching everything you say and do, and even what you don't say and do. Insecure managers transfer their insecurity to employees. Clean house and you will have a wonderful company with great opportunity in the travel industry. Poor training, as all departments go through the same training, so nothing is specialized for your role. Overall rating is good, but could be great with a middle-management "housecleaning", if not: poor overall rating.
