      Pros

      Within this company, you will meet some of the greatest people. Those people also push you to be a better person every day. When you think you gave it your all yesterday, you bring even more today. I've learned a lot from Tourico and can only thank the people around me who have become family.

      Cons

      Even though Tourico is a large company, we still have that entrepreneur take. Everything isn't structured and defined, but that's the beauty. There are pros and cons to it.
