Pros

It is a good company where you can progress and have possibilities to an international career. Management is good although they are now focused on company selling so plan is to quick grow and no much importance to staff.

Cons

HR in America is bad. Specially in Mexico where they use third party employers in order to avoid paying taxes. HR is just focused on administration with no support to employees.

Pros

Good salary; based in Palma de Mallorca; Industry leader.

Cons

Depending on the department you're at, life can be horrible, disgusting or just boring and underpaid. Very old school company culture and technology. Even high management doesn't know where the company is heading to and doesn't have a very clear plan for the future.

Sexist, centrist, provincial, chooses too many shortcuts/quality is bad, worst HR department that I have ever seen, communication is appalling
