Multicultural enviroment, large company since GTA and Tourico acquisitions which may translate into potential opportunities

Cons

Lack of company values Too burocratic and messy Bad communication amongst departments People are unhappy and hence always in a bad mood Locals (mallorquins) tend to bully outsiders Bad salary No real career opportunities since usually major roles kept within founders or relatives / friends

Cons

Although HotelBeds has offices in many countries, there are not many possibilities for employees to relocate to another country if someone wishes to grow personally and professionally abroad.
