No manager in the world know the process less than ordinary agent. -Poor facility. They cannot provide a desk or working space for a large number of employees and they are poor enough to be incapable of providing two computer screens or office equipment. -No bonus apply if you plan to resign during bonus period. -Do not expect a good career path if you do not desire to work as sales person
