Big company with many opportunities if one is eager to learn and grow and reports to the right manager

No leadership from the top layer and obviously no leadership and from Senior staff. Awful company culture.

International environment, where you can meet great friends.

Cons

Every team member has a different salary, although they might not be more qualified. There are very limited chances for growth. There is no open communication and people are getting fired without explanation. The work load does not correspond to the pay. Management is not involved with their teams.
