Pros

Good benefits Decent salary Work from home Flexible hours Good amount of PTO There’s a good spread of management to keep from one person having too much say. It keeps things fair and holds people accountable

Cons

Lots of changes since the pandemic Technology sometimes glitches and makes the job hard. At times there’s a lot of pressure to close deals.

Pros

The environment was good to work in. the staff was friendly. in addition, the systems and software that Hotelbeds uses were in line with Today's technology.

Cons

Outsourced jobs made the everyday work harder for the retained staff. I felt like I had to do the same work twice; that was a waste of time.
