Pros

Free Friday Afternoon; That's it. Good people make your day funny

Cons

Low base salary and ridiculous bonus. Too many database systems to handle with processes changing every week; Not transparent with hotels; Business is shifting in the online, so b2b is starting to shrinking. Not career if you are not Spanish. If you don't speak Spanish, you will never have a promotion;
