Medium sized teams, achievable targets, a driven company with lots of change (organisational and business approach).

Cons

Frequent senior mgr/director change, almost yearly organisational reshuffle, salaries progress slowly.

Good company to work with with good colleagues (In Thailand) / have a good training before starting a real call

Cons

The system is very complicated, however the training will teach you everything. The system is often crashed which make the job harder and more stressful.
